Picked in dec put in a meat locker and has 33% residual they have 40 bottle frozen at -6. Viognier a vey sweet wine with lots of residual bit has wonderful balance a very clean zesty finish. Finish 55+ barrell fermented a lot of botrytis and other funky stiff. Killer!! — 10 years ago
Darker gold than you might expect from a Chardonnay, medium+ viscosity. Nose is interesting, seeing oak, white flowers, and some darker inorganic notes...earthy mushrooms, maybe? Palette is hot, with more oak, pear, apples, good dose of acid. — 7 years ago
