Notes of luscious caramel syrup with hazelnuts and raisins — 7 years ago
Cant get much better than this. Unless youre getting some tangy sheep's cheese out to go with it... Well worth booking and visiting the bodega in Jerez too. Artesanal small-scale production with a personalised tour. — 8 years ago
Gran alternativa para el postre. Denso con recuerdos de ciruela mandara. — 8 years ago
Every year I look forward to our little allocation of these beauties from Jerez. The wine has such a giving nose of flor and white fruit that it seems almost like it would be sweet. In the mouth this is all chalky cut, certainly one of the driest wines on the planet that can still provide so much pleasure. It was fatally easy to drink with tuna stuffed peppers! — 9 years ago

Een zeer welkome afwisseling voor combinatie met kazen. Slechts halfzoet (in tegenstelling tot de Pedro Ximénez) maar daardoor een zeer goede combi met vette en romige kazen! — 7 years ago
Mahogany color with molasses, caramel, espresso, bittersweet chocolate and subtle baking spice aromas. On the palate it's full bodied, viscous, and very persistent with a supple mouth feel that's beautifully balanced with a penetrating acidity that keep it from being cloying and persistent with very good acidity that keeps it from being cloying and provides balance. It shows very sweet flavors of molasses, honey-dipped figs, dates, caramel, and baking spice nuanced citrus note with a kiss of oxidation that adds to its allure and complexity. An intriguing nose full of exotic spice, ripe black fruit and a touch of something. On the palate with nice roundness and great balance with juicy, round tannins. Good length and nice complexity. A very, very nice wine. — 7 years ago
