Pure glou glou. Tangy, plush, cranberries, blackberries; everything you want and need after a busy summer day in the city. Get it nice and cold, crack it open, and just keep sipping. — 8 years ago
Glou glou--this is bright, tart, and delicious. It's got that slight funk, but goes down smooth with lots of bing cherry notes. I wish I had brought more of this back from France... — 9 years ago

Had a chance to meet Collioure grandmaster Bruno Duchêne last Friday @ Verre Volé à Tokyo | He owns 4 ha on schist soil and makes a very impressive grenache-based line up | 2008 La Pascole (90% grenache, 10% carignan) was fresh as a daisy! #glou — 11 years ago
Delish and glou but still textural and interesting and food-friendly. Kind of herbaceous and definitely funky. Day 2 > day 1. — 7 years ago

White peach, nectarine, caramel, medium to high acidity, medium bodied, tangy, so much glou! Wonderful long mouth feel at the finish — 8 years ago
Raspberry, cranberries, cherries, gravel, rhubarb, white pepper, game. Lively acid/minimal tannin presence, juicy-silky texture with slight CO2, deceptively full bodied, bright fruity finish with a touch of earthiness. Beautiful glou glou. Leans more toward Jura Poulsard/Trousseau than Bourgogne. — 8 years ago
Raspberry, blueberry compote, graphite, roasted tomatoes, dried thyme. Soft rounded acidity/minimal narrow velvet tannin balance, juicy texture, medium bodied, juicy slightly herbal finish. A light red ideal for those who normally prefer whites. Sicilian glou glou. — 9 years ago
