Amber bronze color, the sherry wood comes through on the nose, with some pleasant oakiness and caramel. Alcohol bites with the first sip and masks the true complexity. A few drops of water help balance this into a honeyed ecstasy of wood. Smooth and pleasant finish. — 12 years ago
