Lacrima di Morro d'Alba 2012

Super floral with a very prominent mint/basil first taste. Would pair well with some dark meat but I probably would not drink this again without food. — 11 years ago

Visciola Cherry

35% cherry, 65% Lacrima Di Morro d'Alba. Delicious dessert wine, having the bartender make a bourbon cocktail with it: 2parts 4 roses, 1 part this wine, bitters and orange peel — 11 years ago

Signaterra / Benziger

Giusti Vineyard Pinot Noir 2007

The best wine I've had in years. Incredibly velvety, smooth and fruity. I'll have to call Benzinger to see if they have more. — 12 years ago

Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Superiore 2008

My friend Jacob @chanteclerto put it best: "Perfumey, like violets & blueberry pie." This wine is well integrated with a whiff of oak. So juicy & drinkable - a treat to uncork the last bottle. 2008. — 11 years ago

Nemorino Toscana Syrah Blend 2014

Has a lot of white wine characteristics: papaya, butterscotch, minerality. Clearly a red wine. It's tannins sneak up on you. Really delicious and interesting. Drinking great now. — 10 years ago

Umberto I Veneto Red Blend 2008

Well matured on the palate with a spicy hint on the bouquet! A lovely blend... — 11 years ago

Via Giusti

Carneros-Sonoma County Vermentino

Apple on the nose, subtle sour lemongrass and just the right amount of funk. Almost a miso taste at the end. So good! — 11 years ago

Dry Prosecco

Higher residual sugar than Brut, which was a pleasant surprise. Rounder I the mouth. — 11 years ago

Cherry Liqueur 1962

Luigi's 1962 cherry liqueur in a really cool little antiquey 2/5 pint bottle. Fresh cherries to which he added cherry concentrate. That brought it up to 17-18% alc. Silky, supple, cherry pie. At 51 years it now seems like 12 or 13 alc. Now it's turning into chocolate covered cherries. — 13 years ago

Not sure how Delectable came up with "Visciola". This is is a non-commercial wine (and really delisciously amazing).
