Pop and pour. Notes from 4 hrs open. On the nose: freshly cut honeysuckle, then loads of flowers, mint, soft honey and wet stone. It was sleek but certainly not hard as nails. The burg hound review is spot on. It's in its drinking window now so maybe it was different a few years ago. Good value too!
