The tangyness in this champagne es fenomenal. Great body to it, very harmonious and interesting composition. Great value for the price. Its acidity is really seductive and gracious. PALATE Dry sweetness, Medium acid and Low tannin with Light body and flavours of spice that lessen on the palate while the tea flavors are more pronounced, however the red berry fruits are the most present of the flavors with a streak of minerality. which last for Medium length on the finish.
