The 11 Umathum is cool and earthy, reductive, benefited from a flash decant. Doesn't seem to have the same edge or stuff as the 09, but still an enjoyable drink. '12 Pechstein was crushed rock SALT and lime. Halbtrocken sweetness tucked away behind the acid and mineral.
