This is the Hollister Hill Rosé. And and and it is high quality rosé. Cab Franc rosé like this is a year round wine. You can drink this with Cassoulet in the winter with a warm fire in the hearth. You can drink this at sunset with cheese and charcuterie. So far my favorite pink of 2018. — 6 years ago
Earthy and wet, with a hint of ash and smoke on the nose. Cherry cola pop after a good agitation. Great balanced tannins with a long smooth finish. After a good 20 minutes, the tannins mellowed and the finish held it’s ground. Shared a bottle at Wine DOC with Gail. — 6 years ago
We drank it at Bistro Vendome with Gail and Doc. — 8 years ago
Very nice - especially considering that it was the fourth of the evening and followed a French 1er Cru Clos de Vougeot. ABV 12. Ontario's Prince Edward Country. Nice balance, plus some fruit. With Gordon, Chris, Gail. — 9 years ago

2012 Vintage. Wow that was great! 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Tannat, 13% Grenache, 3% Syrah. 16.1% alcohol, but didn’t taste overripe. Big wine. Gail said what the heck is Tannat? — 6 years ago
A rare treat with Gail....brought back from Tuscany! Very smooth and delightful. — 6 years ago
Brilliant chilled! Very similar to a Fluerie — 8 years ago
Had to open another bottle as the tannic structure in the last one was so striking. Decanted for the bulk of the day as this was tight & tannic for several hours. The decant is the key as it is now a pleasure of smoky red fruit & light herbal quality. Will check back on these in a few years. Serious stuff. — 8 years ago
Amazing. Hand carried from France by Gordon. ABV 13.5. With Chris & Gail on the porch in Rockport. — 9 years ago
Thanks Gail. — 9 years ago

2014 Vintage. 16.3% Alcohol. As I joined a buddy and went to the Torrin pickup party Saturday, Gail declined as we were there two weeks ago so she opened this and were lucky that left us a glass to come home to enjoy with BBQ. — 5 years ago
