Drinking with Stan and Claire and Vivi. Nicely Orange in color. Muddled Tamarind and packaged mandarin. Soft wood smoke. Complex and interesting. Mildly boozy. Kombucha. — 6 years ago

This is THE most sour wine I have tasted...and I kind of like it. If you love sour green apple and citrus, you'll enjoy this! Aerated seems to come with less of a bite making for a more smooth feeling on the tongue. It would be BOMB for white sangria. — 7 years ago

Bouquet of coffee, great complexity of berries and earth and tannins. Time for another case. — 7 years ago
Weird in a good way. Punchy acid, green green fruits and sourness just towing the line but staying on the correct side. 10/10 Would hit again — 7 years ago

Gorgeous muscadet. Saline nose, palate is mineral-driven, massive note of oyster shell, citron, creamy, medium acid, medium finish. Like a Chablis from the sea. Beautiful work. — 3 years ago
