This is THE most sour wine I have tasted...and I kind of like it. If you love sour green apple and citrus, you'll enjoy this! Aerated seems to come with less of a bite making for a more smooth feeling on the tongue. It would be BOMB for white sangria. — 9 years ago
Honey, minerals, nuts...all my favorite things. Big acid, big texture — 10 years ago

With the irrepressible Virginia Willcock. A cracking cab. Savoury, elegant, but powerful. With red snapper over fire, with saltbush, costal rosemary, beach mustard, dune spinach. — 6 years ago

Not my favorite Spanish wine, but had a good bolder flavor, but it was still light. Would definitely drink it again — 7 years ago
Bouquet of coffee, great complexity of berries and earth and tannins. Time for another case. — 8 years ago
Weird in a good way. Punchy acid, green green fruits and sourness just towing the line but staying on the correct side. 10/10 Would hit again — 9 years ago
Deep and dry served bone chilling cold and perfect when you need a rose to stand up to spice and meaty food. — 9 years ago
2005. Mellowed a little. Still full throttle and thrilling. — 10 years ago

Going back to this well cuz my pops has a cellar full of this stuff. No clue as to its provenance, most likely a rando online wine club, but this more than delivers. Just a very well balanced Tempranillo. — 5 years ago
