Tight light and tart with just a kiss of funk sizzling in the background. A simple and cheap daily crusher that will make you think. — 9 years ago
Juicy- little sharp, cedars — 9 years ago
Very sweet. Not dry. — 10 years ago
Very tasty but I'll take my Chablis without the kiss of oak. — 10 years ago
Crushed red fruits/berries, kiss of sassafras, lip smacking acidity, fine tannins that ride in the front seat. Medium-long finish. Immensely drinkable. — 10 years ago

Delicious! Very fruity and light. — 12 years ago
Took typically dry varieties and made them sweet. Good, not as sweet as the white blend. Sweet wine drinkers will really enjoy it. — 8 years ago
Nice to have balanced Napa Cab Franc that isn't heavy handed. Expresses the wonderful amount of sunshine we get in CA while maintaining great acid. A kiss of oak to add depth and aroma but not dominating. Lovely dark mineral and graphite notes backdrop dense fruit, violets, and spice. — 9 years ago
More like a kiss from two goddesses! Delicious. — 9 years ago
Reminiscent of Beaujolais' Gamay, this southern part of Tuscany's Ampeleia is producing some fine red wine! Mine tonight, after 30 minutes swim and spin in the decanter's pool of naked open space and air shows first to the nose wet rocks, slate and sandstone freshly accenting menthol and anise then strictly earthen dirt and minerals and a hint of the berries. First kiss is lightly but intriguingly nasty, wet and dripping red fruit which immediately coats and clings but most interestingly reaches back for the wet rocks overlooking the Med, then re-engages just in time to leave hints of her red and blue berry essence complimenting the blackened octopus in a mash of white beans and spices laced with a hint of Tabasco offered up by Chapel Hill's Il Palio located off Franklin Street (checkout both) Ciao🕶 — 9 years ago
Very nice and not too sweet! — 10 years ago
Little clovey band aid but amazing beer with great sour twinge — 10 years ago
My fav bordeaux of the night but others preferred the '85 calon segur...this was lightsr and more elegant, and more ready to drink but will still hold for several more years. Great mature old boots, leaves and mushroom with a kiss of cassis still hanging around...very well balanced, well oaked classic bordeaux. — 10 years ago
Jammy and drinkable. — 11 years ago
Sweet Red - perfect for when you want something sweet, but not desert wine sweet. — 12 years ago
1000 ways to kiss the earth, sandlands trousseau is a delicious way to do so, heartfelt thanks @Tegan Passalacqua — 9 years ago
This rose made from Agiorgitiko is nearly red in color. The nose is quite floral, with jasmine and rose petal. The palate leans much heavier towards expressive ripe fruit. Peach, sour cherry, and strawberry are balanced well with nice acid and heavier tannin. Food is recommended, this is a serious rose. — 9 years ago
I can really taste the vanilla on this. I also taste some caramel. Slightly sweet. — 10 years ago
Kiss of oak, but then old world style acid kicks in. Nice wine. — 10 years ago
Vallado.. Do... Do... Do... One of the best Douros I have tasted... Complex structure with the excitement of the first teenage kiss. It thrilled my taste buds and then danced at the back of my throat... Baroness very happy as it was the wine at her birthday celebration... I believe the vineyards of Douro are soon to become world class....@Delectablewine Delectablewine — 10 years ago
Loved it! Had it at Budapest. — 10 years ago
Slightly sweet white wine — 10 years ago
Wine has a nice lemon, apricot, honeysuckle and maybe plumeria aroma. Taste is viscous and sweet but well balanced with a full sensory palette and long finish. Some bitter orange taste with well round sweet highlights. A fun evening dessert wine. — 11 years ago
Never go wrong with this one. — 11 years ago

2013. Fruity. Has dry finish. Drier as it opens up. John Frame might like this but not a company wine. Wine 3 of 3 from my first wine club shipment. Marin nicknames this "Naughty". Yikes, this is one of three bottles that are 2013 Cabernet Sauvignons but with different nicknames and labels! (1) "French Kiss", red and black label; (2) "Intimate", gold and black label; (3) "Naughty", red and gray label. Maybe his website explains the difference. — 8 years ago
