Shimmering yellow. Fresh citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavors take on a spicy aspect with air. Juicy and seamless in texture, showing good depth and a subtle floral quality that emerges with air. Clings nicely on the lively finish, which features suggestions of white peach, pineapple and Meyer lemon. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, October 2020) — 5 years ago
So good! Honeysuckle and cooked peaches , little bit of residual sugar that pairs so well with spicy Indian food. Some straw and herbal notes, and maybe a little slate. — 6 years ago

Was excited to drink this again after having it at Passport Wine Weekend, it is delicious and now it will sit and get better — 8 years ago
This is delicious. Dry but still fruity and gloriously fizzy. I bought it for the stripes and I was not disappointed. — 8 years ago
Enjoyable, dark fruit aroma, medium tannins. A little warmth on the back of the throat. Overall a nice wine. Went surprisingly well with sweet chili calamari. — 4 years ago
Very slight fizz, pale straw colour. An attractive mix of pear, quince and something a little more exotic, like pineapple. Mid-acidity and sweetness with shortish length as all in balance. Light and enjoyable. Tasted again after a couple of nights in the fridge this had put on weight and become richer and more round and very harmonious - Delicious — 5 years ago
Arietta Wines lunch with owner Fritz. We were able to taste through some current releases as well as some reserve wines Fritz brought with him personally. A treat to enjoy these Andy Erickson wines!
Classically styled and balanced. Very reminiscent of Spottswoode’s SB. Floral with tart fruit and medium acidity. Lots of lemon-lime here but also melon. Crushed rocks. Vibrant. — 6 years ago

A fascinating nose mingles sea breeze, intimations of wet stone, and smoky struck flint with high-toned nut extracts, ripe nectarine and mango. The lusciously fruited, creamy, almost weightless palate leads into a sensationally sustained, at once soothing and stimulating finish that left my salivary glands palpitating and that, for all of its sheer richness, not to mention high residual sugar, displays a fascinating array of stony, smoky and saline mineral nuances. Waxy and floral up front, umami in the middle, finishes sweet and oily, it’s good but funky (vintage 08 in 2018) — 8 years ago

2009 vintage. Pale gold. Smells intensely like, well, Riesling. Very mineral, combined with flowers and honey. Cristal-clear crispy fruit, the residual Auslese-like sugar beautifully balanced with mouth-watering bright acidity. The intensity and length of these wines is amazing with such low alcohol (abv. 7,5%). Still very young as these wines can age forever. Another great effort from this top producer. — 5 years ago
I had this while drinking with a friend. Didn't focus on the taste but it was a nice sip wine. — 6 years ago
