public service announcement, gushing review ahead > 2012 vintage, this is stupidly good for its humble appellation. Still vibrant when so many of its contemporaries are looking tired, this has such wonderful liveliness and zip, allied with some secondary complexity and satisfying length, I had to go " WOW".
