Color of clear apple cider. Nose is strong with alcohol, spice, fermented grains, a bit sweet apple cider, crayon, and melon sweetness. Taste is led by apple cider sweetness, smooth and clean, not thick, a touch of salty minerals, melon, cantaloupe, peach fruit, and honey note.
