Red and black fruit dominates, but organic earth provides an evening balance. The oak is well integrated. Would love to try this in 10 years. — 10 years ago

Stewed blackberries, black raspberries, earth, anise, baking spices. Excellent acid/minimal smooth velvet tannin balance, juicy slightly silky texture, medium bodied, fruity warm spicy finish. Big fruit with the acid structure to support it. — 10 years ago

Notes of coffee on the nose. Typical Napa cab presentation. On the palate it’s tannic and boisterous, but it demonstrates its pedigree. Black cherries dominate the palate. My type of cab, which needs bottle age. — 8 years ago
