More air would have done this wine justice. Regardless, started funky, closed down, then began to open with peppery blue fruits and a nice mouth feel, very good wine would like to see what more decant time would do — 7 years ago
Terrific MSG. Yes MSG. Young but approachable on the open. Rich. Black blue fruit. Nice tannins. Has some heat but does not inhibit this wine #washingtonwines — 8 years ago
Red and black fruit dominates, but organic earth provides an evening balance. The oak is well integrated. Would love to try this in 10 years. — 8 years ago
2012 was floral with lemon and lime zest, of course minerality was coming through on the pallet - very good wine — 9 years ago

Outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon. Great nose. Intense, rich bark berry fruit. Well worth the wait, but would be great for many more years to come! — 6 years ago

Stewed blackberries, black raspberries, earth, anise, baking spices. Excellent acid/minimal smooth velvet tannin balance, juicy slightly silky texture, medium bodied, fruity warm spicy finish. Big fruit with the acid structure to support it. — 8 years ago
Really fine effort. Merlot and Cab Franc really singing in this integrated effort. Very St Emillion-like. — 9 years ago
50% stainless 50% oak. Crisp and bright on the nose and a long buttered toast finish. — 9 years ago
100 percent Syrah from Red Mountain. Delicious, light to medium bodied. Apparently hard to get distributed, but worth it! — 10 years ago

Typical zin fruit and spice, but a bit lighter on the tannins. Pairs well with grilled meats. — 6 years ago
