Wasn't aware I could rate a beer like this so high. But this one is simply good! The orange is balanced by a solid grapefruit core; pith and fruit. Cardamom, white pepper, white oak and cherry blossom. The palate is just shy of creamy, with iron shavings, orange peel, dried pineapple, grape seed oil but plenty of grain and a lovely malt touch. Big vanilla blossom, black mushroom coffee, tea biscuit, caramel, hibiscus, coconut aromas, a super-fine mousse take a trip down chocolate liqueur mountain into the valley of orange coffee cake near vanilla bean crevasse. Round two wrestling the creamy grapefruit leviathan. Orange and pomelo nose with golden raisin dried mango and dried pineapple. Creamy, rolling entry turns pithy and sharp like black lime on tin foil. Giant grapefruit note grenades the middle, spiral-sliced into lemon peel, with a touch of candied lemon peel on the tip of its citric tail. — 8 years ago

The name of the estate comes from "Ca' Pazzo", shown on ancient maps. The estate covers an area of 190 hectares, 54 which are vineyards, 4 are olive groves, 87 which are wooded and 45 are to be planted with new vines. Vivid deep Ruby with a berry fruit bouquet and hints of orange zest. On the palate blackberry & cherry flavors, big and powerful, with leather, cacao and pepper spice. Starting to soften nicely, has energetic acidity and muscular tannins, lingering ending with oak finish. Tasting Sample. — 7 years ago

Attractive perfume of fresh, ripe pineapples, tangerine, navel orange, lemongrass smoke. Nicely structured crown with persistent lacing of the finest mousse. The caramelized lemon pudding, offset by ruby red grapefruit, papaya, and lime are unexpectedly rich, oozing lemon oil and zesty pomelo.
