displays some typical Chardonnay notes of white peach, melon rind, nougat and lemon zest with some caramelised orange, Turkish delight, sandalwood in the mix too. Fruit is ripe, but certainly note over ripe and the palate come acid profile has some salinity to it providing tension and freshness, matched by a deliciously long finish. — 9 years ago
