Firstleaf. Smooth light fruity to start then a little acid. Not overly sweet. Simple bit tasty. Would drink again — 5 years ago
Firstleaf. Surprisingly creamy for a pinot grigio. Deep golden. Butter and melon notes mix well with the acidity. Would buy again — 7 years ago

Second month of Firstleaf wine club and I received this Merlot. I am not a big Merlot fan usually go for the bigger Cabs with deep earth but this was a very nice change. I paired it with Friday Night Fajiatas! Well balanced with 3/5 in the tannins with nice fruit and a smooth finish. I am not sure how Firstleaf works so not sure if this is a wine that is available readily. It is a nice Merlot at the price and goes well to balance the spice of Friday Fajitas.... if your a pretentious wine drinker ignore the Fajita pairing but it is a good Merlot!!! — 6 years ago
Firstleaf. Smooth with a little spice at the end. Crowd pleaser — 7 years ago
This wine was definitely a pleasant surprise. I got this in a package with Firstleaf (which I was planning on cancelling). After trying this, I may have to reconsider given the quality of it. It is slightly sweet with a buttery feel to the tongue. Light finish that ends a little drier than the beginning which gives it an amazing refreshing feel to it. It has a citrusy notes in the aroma that vanishes when you drink but the peels of the citrus resurface in the finish. One of the most impressive whites I've ever had (or maybe I'm just really in the mood for wine tonight)! — 7 years ago

Trying out FirstLeaf. This was the first wine we chose to taste. Dark red. Initial aromas: licorice, cherry, berries & subtle floral tones. Taste: dark blackberry, cherry, oak, touch of smokey chocolates. There is an undertone of sweetness, yet, earthy dry soil tampers it down with slight bitterness. I would recommend some time to air, which allows all the texture and flavors to flourish. Overall, a lovely red wine. So far, happy with FirstLeaf! — 5 years ago

Deep purple color. Tannic with blackberry taste. The label reminds very much of the beautiful and calm Napa Valley that we saw from the hot air balloon ride in February. 4-2 of Firstleaf set. — 5 years ago
