Served out of the wine cabinet @ 56...black-cherry Jolly Rancher with herbs and earth. Warmed and opened up by the fire. Bright mid dark light red fruits with herbs, touch of spice, earth, presence of cooked green pepper and raspberry cola on the finish. Big acidity.
