Amontillado was long my favorite Sherry style. Palo Cortado is where it's at for me these days. One of the best here and truly sings after a week. Polished off remains with salt roasted almonds, elixir of Zibibbo from Pantellaria and Fiore Sicano cheese. — 10 years ago
