The smell of the bin as if you’d just run a line of red delicious and golden apples through the juicer. Sour, raw, seed laden apple core. As always, wonderfully good vintage sparkling for about $20. It’s Pinot driven, rich and fruity and you register the 6g of residual digest. — 6 years ago

Very interesting 100% Pinot meunier, 2015 disgorge. Non dosage champagne. A bit tart, a bit carbonic, with medium bubbles and good acid. — 8 years ago
Bright, structured, green apple and perfume, tart. Enjoyed it - sense it will hold well over time. August 2018. — 8 years ago

A dry expression of rosé not dissimilar to that of Deutz. Exceptional balance and phenomenally powerful nose. — 9 years ago

A bit muted on the nose for the first few hours, this eventually opened up with some raspberry fruit to go along with its mineral backbone. Not quite worth what I paid for it but not terrible either.. — 9 months ago

Not as good as I had hoped for. Korbal is every bit as good at half the price.
Also one can find Korbal always on sale. — 6 years ago
It might be the post honeymoon glaze but this is an easy drinking enjoyable drop 🥂 — 8 years ago

Just about perfect w/oysters in San Diego! — 9 months ago
Lots of complex aromatics that became even more expressive as the bottle warmed up. Some oxidative notes mixed with bread and flowers. In the mouth this leans to the vinous side. Acid driven which allows it to be consumed through out the meal. Just a hint of bitterness on the finish — 3 years ago
One of my favorites from the brand! — 6 years ago

Lovely. A little almond and strawberry behind the toasty brioche. — 7 years ago
Wonderful. Dry. — 8 years ago
This sat for a few years and is great. — 9 years ago
Purposely tried it without ice first. It was sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet, a good champagne. Once ice was added, it turned into a totally different champagne for me. It became less fruity and felt so refreshing. — 11 years ago
Dryyyyy and bubbly — 11 years ago
