The smell of the bin as if you’d just run a line of red delicious and golden apples through the juicer. Sour, raw, seed laden apple core. As always, wonderfully good vintage sparkling for about $20. It’s Pinot driven, rich and fruity and you register the 6g of residual digest. — 6 years ago

Lots of complex aromatics that became even more expressive as the bottle warmed up. Some oxidative notes mixed with bread and flowers. In the mouth this leans to the vinous side. Acid driven which allows it to be consumed through out the meal. Just a hint of bitterness on the finish — 3 years ago
