Very interesting Swiss wine doctored to Mersault standards and that is remarkable and pleasing — 9 years ago
I’m into this almond vanilla pear tasting little weirdo. Has some nice mineral tones with a sweet tartness that ends dry. — 10 years ago

At Hotel Weisshorn, native wine of Valais. Tingles then buttery but staying light. Hops skips and jumps. — 8 years ago
That's the country I am from. Smaller batches of incredible wines are now produced there. When I grew up that was not always the case. Altitude is always a factor when tasting and savoring these delights. Cheese, charcuterie plates after a long hike in the spring or fall - even a fresh water fish or the sooo underrated (in the US) liver, kidney sweetbreads. I get some of these wines every year for Christmas - and drink them with passion when over there — 9 years ago

Fruity but dry, a lot of flavor! — 9 years ago
Fun little Swiss rosé. Pinot, Gamay, and Fendant. A little herb and dark fruit on the nose. Similar in the mouth with a cool bitterness. Nice acid. — 9 years ago
So bizarre but I dug it. Really savory wine. Smelled very herbal — 10 years ago
My favourite Fendant wine, 100% Chasselas grapes. One of the best Swiss wines I know. When bought at the Domaine you pay approx 16 Swiss francs, or € 13,50. — 11 years ago
Very nice white wine, enjoyed with AM in Zermatt in March 2014 — 12 years ago
Swiss wine does exist. Beautifully crafted late harvest fendant. They harvest in December after the grappes have been frozen at least three Times. — 13 years ago

At the top of Mount Mannlichen. It's johannisberg not Fendant. Very nice nose of lemon and citrus. Acidic on palate, balanced and good food wine. Better than version in Zermatt Du Pont. — 8 years ago
