Thanks so much to fellow Delectable member and Krug ambassador Garth for the excellent Krug seminar at K&L! This bottle was Krug ID 213032 and spent six years on the lees before being disgorged in spring of 2013. It is based on 2006 and composed of 11 vintages going back to 1990. The cepage is 44% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 21% Meunier. — 12 years ago

A wine crafted at my good friend and fellow music guy - Gustavo Santaolalla - domaine in Argentina. He has such passion for making the very best ....it is quite good — 11 years ago
So much vanilla. So slick. A sneaky fellow. — 11 years ago
I adore this wine. Reticent as can be expected from young Vouvray, but surprisingly pliant. Vincent is over looked. Great fellow and wines. — 13 years ago
Finally in norcal. Enjoy fellow Michiganders. — 11 years ago
Rich luxurious grippy tannin kept me coming back for more. Dark fruits, acidity in check, long dry finish. Perhaps not the most cab savvy in taste/smell which distracted my fellow drinker, but not me. — 11 years ago

so much wine at only 11% alcohol!
bit sauerkraut at the beginning (but hey, that's a common orange fellow), getting creamy, caramel, blossoms, sexy structure.
my only reservation is, that every vintage is so much different (and 11 my fav) - don't buy it without tasting it. — 11 years ago
