Witness the oldness. This bottle has been through three apartments with us (at least). Wasn't expecting all that much and it blew the roof off the joint. This bottle was the '69 Mets of my wine collection. — 9 years ago

Excellent well made Sangiovese. Dark fruit and a hint of leather on the nose. Pleasant fruit with a hint of aged fruit on the palate. Nice mouth drying high tannins and typical high acidity. A hint of delicious sour sweetness that reminds me of Chateau Musar. Blend: 85% Sangiovese and 15% Merlot. 13% abv — 8 years ago

When you are making paella, and you need white wine, there is no use to buy a small bottle. You may as well get something that can be added to delectable, right? Floral, citrus, peaches and cream. Earthy. Not sure who's luckier right now for having the wine, me or the paella? — 8 years ago
