Alive, fresh and stunning.
Medium bodied, core of bright fruit in the center with a meaty exterior. Soy sauce. Cassis. Incredible. Birthday dinner with friends and an amazing line up of wines.

Very surprised with this one. It really does taste like fall!! The spice is a refreshing change from the typical red table wine — 7 years ago
Black and blue berries, earth, tobacco. Layered beautifully. Power and elegance in harmonious balance! Has so much more to go! Wish I saved this opening for about 10-12 more years! Makes me fall back in love with CA Cabs!!! — 7 years ago

Lavender and herbal aromas dominate. Plums and pomegranate on the palate. Lean round tannins and no heat despite the 13.9% alcohol. — 10 years ago

I read Ned Grey Creed’s review and had to try it. I might add it’s more like the difference between friends and good friends. Friends help you move. Good friends help you move...
...bodies. This is a good friend.
In my list of best wines under $50, this one is at the top. In my list of best wines under $100, easily in the top 3. I bought it knowing CNDP has a standard to maintain, but at the price, I didn’t expect quite this level of complexity, long finish, and sikiness in the tannins. I went back to the store and bought the last three they had. I tend to fall in the high dollar Margaux camp, but this can give any of them a serious run for their money. — 5 years ago

Hints of plum, clove, mild acid, velvet mouthfeel. Balanced tannins. — 7 years ago
Total Wine - $25 - recommended by salesperson. Very fruity, light and smooth. 15.5% abv. Nice wine but, prefer Silver Palm more. Probably won't buy again. — 8 years ago
The approval of the house guards. A great blend with balanced fruit and tart. Well disciplined and standing out in the ranks for its command presence and authoritative demeanor. A finely balanced blend that is adaptable to lead in challenging, gender neutral situations. Fall in, take orders, drink, enjoy. — 8 years ago
Aromas of cigar box and black currants. Cassis and ripe black fruits with firm tannins. — 10 years ago
