Note : This 90 has gone through the years with great promise, giving those who will share this tasting a memorable memory. With a copper color, a nose of tobacco, flowers with a peppery touch, the appetizer is superb. Beautiful aromas, a ripe compote flavor, a lingering length. A delightful nectar for everyone. But beware of its conservation in the cellar, I already had very bad surprises unfortunately.

Ce 90 a traversé les années avec une grande promesse, donner à ceux qui vont partager cette dégustation un souvenir mémorable. Avec une robe cuivrée, un nez de tabac, de fleurs avec une touche poivrée, la mise en bouche est superbe. De beaux arômes, une saveur de compote à maturité, une longueur persistante. Un délicieux nectars ravissant pour tous. Mais attention à sa conservation en cave, j’ai déjà eu de très mauvaises surprises malheureusement.

A lovely Swiss Merlot, rich, complex, elegant and fruity. Ticino is the capital of Swiss Merlot and the platinum is a gorgeous example of this local savoir faire. The grapes of Platinum are dried before being pressed to achieve maximum density and concentration. The wine is aged in barrel for about 20 month. It has a dark garnet red, nose perfumed with black and red berries, spices, licorice, herbs, a touch of bell peppers and plums, medium to full body, nice acidity, green tannins, long fruity finish, my score 89, drink to 2019 perhaps longer. — 10 years ago

Americain IPA. Au nez, comme si on se mettait la tête dans un sac de houblon frais. Notes de fruits tropicaux et de pamplemousse. En bouche, une amertume bien balancée par un un sucre résiduel. Malt envahit par la puissante saveur du houblon, mais c'est loin d'être désagréable. Amertume importante mais sans être agressante. Très longue finale sur l'amertume du houblon et un côté malté.
