3.2. A nice Rioja, but a little dull. Perhaps 2018 was not such a good year. On sale for ‘$18.99. — 5 months ago
Tart pomegranate, crisp acidity with some minerality. Underappreciated. Incredible for the price. Great way to start off dinner at Vicia. — 3 years ago
Hell yeah. This is where it’s at. — 2 months ago
Classic Spanish flag color of yellow with red writing. Good brick red color. Just a hint of a purple core. Aroma is stones and red/black cherry cobblers-pies. Slightest of linseed oils. Flavors are bright, fresh Temp. Crunchy and dry. Just a hint of fennel or oregano. Has a classic feel and flavor. Would be great for watching El Clasico. — 3 months ago

Toro: one of the oldest and strongest expressions of Tempranillo is tamed by the House of Vega Sicilia. Pintia preserves the rustic and robust nature of the DO in an elegant way. Aromas and flavors of dark fruit, violets, dark chocolate, coffee and spice. Full bodied, high alcohol and fine grain tannins with a strong finish are sure to entice. — 4 months ago
Blueberry and blackberry taste, leather aroma, very smooth — 7 months ago
Not your standard jammy Monastrell: deep wafting (mostly) dark fruited aromas, licorice & minerals, just oozing - peppery notes as well. Broad smooth on palate (med + weight) not much acidity, rugged tannins leading to modest finish. Great QPR @ Costco — 8 months ago
Good for the price. — 9 years ago

Dark ruby in color with a short reddish rim.
Full-bodied with medium acidity.
Very dry on the palate with nice complexity and a nice mouthfeel.
Showing black fruits, cedar, licorice, chocolates, dark coffee, pencil lead, earth and peppercorn.
This is a delicious Tempranillo from Ribera Del Duero in Spain. Elegant and rich. Fruit forward and nicely balanced.
Starting to drink beautifully now, and needs a couple of hours to open up properly, so be patient.
