Aroma making me feel violet. Enough tanning. balanced acidity and fruity with violet and blueberry. Not sour. In low temperature, Mid -, light feeling. Fruity aroma but with a bit spicy taste. It should meet with Chinese food including lots of spice. This is not 100% Grenache but with Syrah, that is a point.
