Muito bom. Melhor que os mais conhecidos como Moet Chandon, Veuve Cliquot..... — 11 years ago
You drink this and wonder why anyone would ever pay what they do for Cliquot. Textured, dry, always easy to drink — 11 years ago
Excellent champagne! I generally drink Vueve Cliquot and I thought this was better. Sorry VC. — 11 years ago

Veuve Cliquot Rose Champagne. Drank at lunch at the house. Can't go wrong with this bubbly! — 10 years ago
Amazing price for what can rival Veuve Cliquot. Very elegant. — 11 years ago
Wonderful champagne - great when you don't want to pay for Dom and a solid alternative to the usual suspects like Veuve Cliquot. — 11 years ago
Veuve cliquot 1991 bu en 2012! — 12 years ago
2004 vintage Rose, Veuve Cliquot. Medium salmon hue. Red berry, light white flowers, cranberry, with some brioche notes. On the palate, high acidity - crisp. Creamy bubbles - fairly aggressive. Medium plus finish. Decent but needs time to add complexity and intensity. Drink now until 2026. — 10 years ago
In PA this was a chairman reduction @ $24.99 from $32.99. I had to pull the trigger for this NV Grand Cru Brut Champagne. Subtle yeast on the aromatics but tart apples really make this enjoyable. Bubbles are refined and along with the finish. Great alternative to Cliquot — 10 years ago
An absolute sleeper. Picked up a case for €15 and it's got more depth and complexity than just about all the big houses. Put down the Vueve Cliquot and find this wine. — 11 years ago
Delightful. Unbeatable at the price. Until we can afford Veuve Cliquot again this is the way to go. — 11 years ago

1989 vintage in magnum at Mark's Club Veuve Clicquot dinner. Veuve Cliquot 1989 Blanc Cave Privee - Pale straw colour. Healthy stream of small bubbles. Delightful nose of candied apples together with honey suckle, cereal and a touch of coffee. Slightest whiff of oxidation on the nose but this adds to the occasion in this case as it complements the complexity of the wine. Very crisp on the pallet with slight mineral undertones. Amazing energy for a wine of this age - there is real tension still present. Good lingering finish which rounds out the whole experience. Not as bombastic as the 1990 rose but lovely length nonetheless. This magnum was disgorged in 2010. 94/100. Drink now to 2030.
