Peppercorn, loamy earth and limestone meet plum on the nose. More black cherry than red, with a strong mid palate that transitions effortlessly to an elevated, almost floral (purple flowers) finish. Tannins are well integrated at this point. Enjoyed following 3 hr decant. — 11 years ago

Really flavorful, touch on the sweet side but it tastes like flowers and there's nothing that I don't like about it. Simple and good. No clue where I'll find it again. — 12 years ago
