Tasted with NY Strip steak. At first, it was very closed, but then it opened up in 5 minutes, under wishful duress. Purple with the electric pink rim, it made itself known with strength and a dry finish. Any gaucho would happy with this medium to heavy bodied wine... — 8 years ago
