Sweet honey aroma which makes me fascinated. Pear. First attack looks like desert wine. Quite rich and smooth. And also honey flavor, then citrus. Enough mineral. This is just 2015 vintage. Much more good balance than 2014. Not herby and thin. 2013 is good year. 2 hours later, the taste which brought herby flavor for 2014 was found. But it is balanced by its concentration. and gives me a bit spicy feeling. Complexity. It is still changed even in 4 hours. Powerful in aroma taste compared with 2012.

This is the favorite dinner wine for Amanzio of Enoteca Vino Nostro. The Lombardia nebbiolo is lighter on the palate than the Langhe wines to the south. It has the roses and a hint of violet, but no tar or earthy flavors. Excellent with pasta and eggplant! — 9 years ago
