Smells like wet leaves (earthy), tastes like tart, cherry candy. — 3 years ago
Love this unfiltered red blend, gallivanter, nice acidic start and berry finish, light to medium bodied, really tasty and easy drinking, — 4 years ago
Rioja meets California. Too young though, needs another 5 years. — 5 years ago

Cali Zin with refinement. Very nice. Need to get more of this. — 10 years ago
Liked it but maybe a touch overpriced but might be splitting hairs there. I’ve def paid more for bottles I’ve hated. — 2 years ago
Watermelon aqua fresca, grassy, sour cherry on the finish. Nice minerality. — 5 years ago
Like a flat sour beer — 5 years ago
Fairly fruity on the nose. Hint of black pepper and something earthy/mineral. Flavor is very dry. Dried strawberries and red vines. Classic jammy Zin thing. Some pomegranate molasses perhaps. Fresh and zinfulliciuos. Plenty of tannin to give it more bite than Zin usually achieves. Complex. True. Enjoyable. — 5 years ago
Delicious. Highly recommend. — 9 years ago

Tart black cherry, anise, pine and alpine vibes, high acidity, low spicy tannins.
A beautiful Cali Barbera with the acidity and spice of Piemonte, with the high toned fruit of California sunshine. I love! — 3 years ago
Drank with Oscar and Lindsay when they came to visit. Rainy weekend. Grilled meat and fish, went to Art a whirl. — 5 years ago
Delicious! Heavier than my normal pinot noirs but extremely smooth with good flavor. Would definitely drink again. — 6 years ago

Great brosé rosé... Not too sweet, good structure and flavor, need more — 9 years ago
What an awesome rose. Probably unlike anything I've ever tasted, la clarine or not, yet it has that same unmistakably la clarine profile. the wine changes every second: carrots, pink lemonade, cantaloupe, fresh peaches, and white cherries come to mind. I can't wait to buy more. — 10 years ago
