The countdown to PNV has begun!!! Enjoying the inaugural vintage of Addax with the man himself @ADAM STROMFELD on the way to the airport. This was back when Luc Morlet was the winemaker; soft and round, showing cedar, rich plum, red currant, and sweet, toasty oak that is perfectly integrated. Drinking well! — 7 years ago

An absolutely brilliant offering from Adam Tolmach at The Ojai Vineyard. Haven't had this one since 2006. Drinking beautifully, this wine has developed so well. I think years ago Adam was characterized as picking his fruit too late, but now he's at the forefront of picking the grapes early enough to still retain enough acidity to allow it to age. This wine has character and complexity to put "modern" wines to shame. Cheers to old-school wine making...and to The Ojai Vineyard! — 9 years ago

Adam Puchta is a wonderful wine! It is a semi-sweet Germanic wine, and it is created in Hermann, Missouri. We travel there often. — 11 years ago

Strong acid, pithy, lemon rind, mineral. Very nice indeed. — 6 years ago
Beautiful gold color with classic petrol aromas of Riesling. In the mouth the fruit is rich and intense with great structure. Just the right amount of residual sugar to go with food such as chicken and Asian foods. Wonderful wine. — 6 years ago
Red fruit- cherry, strawberry, dried herbs, damp earth and baking spice. M+ acid, m body and tannin. Great structure with minerality and ripe fruit on the palate. — 8 years ago
Two Pinot Noir lovers, Adam and Dianna Lee, founded Siduri Wines in 1994, producing only four and a half barrels of Pinot Noir that first vintage. Now they make over 10,000 cases of Pinot Noir. Clear Ruby with fresh red fruit aromas. On the palate strawberry and raspberry flavors with leather and oak tones. Lingering finish ends a little spicy. Nice! — 8 years ago
Rich and velvety with sweet, jammy flavors of plum, dark cherry, currant and ambrosia melon. This versatile wine is great with anything from spicy foods to chocolate. — 9 years ago
Wow. Anyone up for 99 SB Syrah. This was a lovely warm climate Syrah drinking at apex. Again an almost seamless wine with a distinct start middle finish. Hats off to Adam! — 10 years ago

Trocken. Love it! — 11 years ago
Pale golden glow with a nose of candied citrus, green apple and slight tinge of petrol. Lime, green ape and grapefruit dominate a refreshingly crisp taste. Served cold with spicy chicken wings was a match made in heaven! Excellent QPR. — 6 years ago
Pinot Noir lovers, Adam and Dianna Lee, founded Siduri in 1994, producing only four and a half barrels of Pinot Noir that first vintage. Now they make over 10,000 cases of Pinot Noir. A big wine with full fruit aromas adding the right touch of cedar spice. Palate has black and red berry flavors, adding cacao and sweet cinnamon, soft with a citrus kick. Fine tannins, lingering finish ending with earthy mineral character. Very nice! — 7 years ago
2009v. Light gold color. On the nose: petrol, tart yellow apples, and a little lemon and tropical pineapple. That clean and juicy lemon comes through on the palette, too. Racy acidity, very dry, and a little salty on the finish. An intricate but delicate wine- best with simply prepared seafood or chicken, or with rich soft rind cheeses. Lovely! 12.5% ABV. — 7 years ago

Nicely balanced red blend. No bitterness. — 10 years ago
Significantly sweeter and fatter than the kabinett, with the fruit flavors showing more luscious tropical fruit character. No sulfury scent in the nose on this one either, which is more fruit than mineral. Serious tropical deliciousness but I could see this getting a bit cloying if you're drinking it all night. — 10 years ago
