Probably the best Blanc de Blancs I’ve tasted. A clean and regal nose of peach, ripe apple, white flower, lemon tart, and banana. The palate, though fresh and crisp, feels expansive and soft, and laces with brioche and hint of sea breeze. Long and polished finish. — 6 years ago
Floral, Honeysuckle, grassy hay note, fruit forest, spicy, balanced sweet and acidic, would be great with curry or spicy savoury Mexican style, — 9 years ago

WSJ Wine. Very smooth full body cab. — 10 years ago
One of my most favorite wines! 2004, been in the cellar since that year, brilliant with great beef. Almost no sediment. Amazing drinking. — 11 years ago
Saline, sea breeze, petrol, lime pulp. Excellent acidity, silky texture, clean long lemon zest and dried herb crisp finish. Outstanding — 11 years ago
I love this wine! Salty, oily, ocean breeze. Reminds me of Mersault! I'm humbled. Now I want to visit Puglia. — 11 years ago
Canary gold color, looks young. Memorable nose with notes of lemon, honeysuckle, white acacia blossoms, and white clay with that Kimmeridgian characteristic that says Chablis. With more air, you also get sea shells and ocean breeze, and the telltale Raveneau honey comes out. Coats the mouth... has a huge richness matched against robust structure. This becomes more sweet and exotic as the evening progresses. Of all the bottles tonight, this was gone first. As good as Chablis can get. (Bday 4 of 13) — 6 years ago

A beautiful white from BC — 10 years ago
Pale yellow color with appealing green apple, lime, cantaloupe, ocean breeze aromas complemented by hints of tropical fruit and orange blossom. On the palate, it approaches medium bodied, and persistent with crackling acidity, and a wonderful texture. It shows green apple, lime a bit of stone fruit and a bit of melon flavors with a giving finish. 2014 Vintage — 11 years ago

Love it; interesting description on the bottle that we agree with completely, although I've never considered a wine as "feminine!" — 10 years ago

Aravind A
Opened yesterday, in the fridge overnight. Was supposed to pair with an artichoke pasta yesterday, but got distracted by some pretty spectacular champagne. On the nose: lemon, lime, sea breeze, soft tarragon. On the palate: good acidity, lovely minerality, sea salt, lime, a touch of oiliness and good density, with a mineral yet, richly tinged finish. Excellent. — 5 years ago
