As good as the Chard was from the previous night, this Cab/Malbec blend is better.
The nose is deep and inviting with black currant, mulberry, roasted coffee beans, leather, cinnamon, and just lint of barnyard. Full body. Rich and powerful entry but settled down for a juicy and smooth palate with good flavor complexity. Good length with subtle green veggie note on the finish.

Drank in Ecuador at la hacienda. Very delicious — 5 years ago
There were decent selections to pair seafoods from Galápagos, but I wanted the try an Ecuadorian wine, and this was recommended.
Effusive nose started off with pleasant tropical fruits like kiwi and star fruits, then turned to fresh stone fruits and light honeysuckle. High tone acidity but nicely textured. Saline touch on the clean lifted finish.
Quite impressive. And Versatile enough to pair with a wide range of seafood dishes from oyster to grilled lobster. — 4 months ago
