Good acidity. Perfect pair with clams and oysters. Tide on the nose. You drink it like an ocean water. Kind of bubbling in the mouth. Good wine — 10 years ago
Six different grapes ageing in French oak made the trick; a complex and rich wine, full of intense yet delicate aromas and flavors - Um blend de seis castas o envelhecimento em carvalho francês dão o tom aqui; um vinho complexo e estruturado, com grande intensidade de aromas delicados e sabores formidáveis! — 10 years ago

Only one way to celebrate not being selected for jury duty...a purple bottle! Surely a purple bottle of burgundy will turn the tide. Right? — 12 years ago
Rare that I like this - not too sweet — 12 years ago
The only beer out East that satisfied out strong hoppy California IPA palates. Reminiscent of Pliny the Elder from Russian River Brewery and Double Tap from Berryessa Brewing. — 12 years ago
In the nose lots of cumin !! Then round in the mouth but also very mineral , tide and fresh — 10 years ago
Skin fermented gray varietal (12 days on the skins). Gorgeous. Aroma is low tide, the washed up sea stuff that's been baking in the sun for a few hours. Pickled green peach almond stone and melon rims on the palate. Fucking beautiful. — 10 years ago

Channeling The Cure #aforest #dauvissat #robertsmith Acid for days. A surprise given the fat nature of the vintage. Seawater, tide pool, slate, citrus galore. Check back in 4-5 years. — 11 years ago

This has been a joy to drink. Paired it with a medium rare tenderloin steak and it has been fantastic. I am routinely impressed my the pairing of a good red and steak. But this one paired well. Regardless of the pairing; this wine would be perfect even by itself. The drink ability isn't hindered by the pairing or not. The wine is absolutely great by itself. The is virtually no acidity. No bad creep up on indigestion. The flavor is good and tasty especially through the entire bottle. It has been a joy. I feel great and that's probably the wine talking. Smooth and tasty and no acid. No indigestion. Decently smooth flavor (at least enough to tide you over until the buzz sets in) and more of a dryer wine. An absolute steal at $4. A bottle in at this moment and I'd go for another bottle. — 10 years ago

2008 Vintage, Nose with hints of the seaside at low tide, gravel and some oak. Taste of butter, slightly oily with a distinct taste of citrus and seaweed. Great Chablis and well worth the price. Actually a very reasonable PRemier Cru @ 230 NOK — 11 years ago
I just remembered this insane Sauv Blanc from a recent trip to Santiago. Smelled like low tide, tasted like oysters. Mic: dropped. — 11 years ago
Almond butter, blue cheese, low tide. Delicious — 12 years ago

Delicious wine. Benefits greatly from decanting. Firm pleasurable tannins. This wine is a keeper and in 3-4 years will be amazing. Rating the wine where it is now. Will buy more bottles to lay down.👍🏼 — 9 years ago
