Wonderful over the hump red. Big and bold with cassis, anise, fig and olives(?). Mellower tannins than I was expecting. Great red from the Sierra Foothills and Bill Easton! — 10 years ago
Bill Easton produces solid woines that love food white & red pepper corns with saline lines, lip-smacking acids and puckering tannins this is finish the bottle good! — 11 years ago
Reminiscent of the Languedoc region of southern France, this Rhone blend is fantastic for boating, picnics, most Mediterranean or California fare. Largely a Grenache Rosé, the Bill Easton wine is refreshing and blended with Mourvédre and Roussanne. This was still fantastic! Take a risk if you find the 2011 version or look for his Terre Rouge label and its Rhone varietals! — 11 years ago

Rich, balanced dessert wine. Tastes more like raisins than grapes, which I love! — 9 years ago
Zin isn't my favorite grape but I do give it respect - this wine has chocolate and a little coffee on top of dark berries and definite but restrained varietal character (not brambly) at 5 yrs old. Yum with pasta and red sauce and YUM with chocolate cake! — 10 years ago
Great dinner to benefit Easton frames market. — 10 years ago

Recommended by Savory Grape in East Greenwich, RI as a substitute to a favorite Justin Cab. Delightful finish. Wonderful with food. Light, refreshing, with enough snap to keep you interested. Will most definitely seek again. — 10 years ago
Great zin. Licorice and black cherry. — 10 years ago
incredibly rich, but not fat with overbearing ripe fruit. definitely more towards savory. Bill Easton does it right. more time to go with this wine. — 11 years ago
