Fragrant strawberries, structured and smooth, medium finish with slight bitterness at the end. I loved it! — 7 years ago
Full but not too much, enjoying with chicken — 8 years ago
Superb!lots of fruit, high degree of complexity. Just made me come back for more. Slightly too hot finish due to the high alcohol degree. Nevertheless, clearly showing the positive evolution of Apulian wines... — 9 years ago
Very rich tasting wine for summer - best enjoyed with some BBQ. Reminds me of Argentinian wines. Dark berry aroma. Cherry, dark berry taste with some oak finish. — 10 years ago
£5.00 a bottle and a smooth well rounded slightly sweet taste I just love the primitivo taste — 11 years ago

Rustic and fast-forward, while dry and tasy. You can't do much better for $6. Thanks Lidl! — 7 years ago

Wine we had at Claus anniversary. Try to find — 10 years ago
Ruby red, made from super old zin/Primitivo vines that are nearing the end of their production life--evident in concentration of red fruit & berry, but still bright w white pepper, cacao, and graphite notes. Great intensity. A superb "cooking dinner" wine--a little steeply priced however, due to small production. — 11 years ago
Nice semisweet (in my taste) primitivo. — 11 years ago

Refreshing and light. Smooth front with a bread crust finish. Nice. Meaning, there are some tannins but not enough to overpower the fruit. Black currant with a white cigar finish. Very good! — 6 years ago
