A lot of fake and pepper initially. Left it open after having half a glass overnight and much better on day two but could probably use even more time. A bunch of blackberries, peppers of all types, wet bark, some savory spice. I think this needs some more time. — 3 years ago

Black cherry and plum fruit with bay leaf accents. I love the mouthfeel on this wine but I’m not crazy about the oaky vanilla that dominates the finish. May need to sit for awhile. — 4 years ago
