Very sweet but perfect with red curry ice cream. Rich and full bodies with tons of silliness — 11 years ago
Beautiful. Leaning towards off-dry. Honey and apricot jam on the nose. — 12 years ago
A touch oxidized from 1/2btl, but still alive. Very, very savory and dense — 12 years ago
One of the best wines I've had this year! Truly amazing — 12 years ago
17.5 2005. rich, off-dry but not high residual sugar, 14.5. Long. Perfect with artichoke (not easy to match, in my experience) — 9 years ago

2008 on July 5, 2015. Beautifully balanced. Apricots, berries. Slight beginnings of oxidation. Drink up now. — 10 years ago
Tasted room temp he next day, and it was still quite pleasant! Lemony-acidity balances the barely-there sugar and perfumed floral, grapey notes. Possibly a super approachable dinner party white, especially with spicy food. — 11 years ago
I thought this was a really lovely off dry Gewürztraminer I will certainly buy some more one day. — 11 years ago
Beautiful expression of Alsace! — 11 years ago

Intensely floral. Lychee is prominent on the nose. Mouthwatering acid. Great wine. — 9 years ago
Just lie back and think of the briny, oily deep. Love this weird wine, as usual with DZH — 9 years ago
This is good, damn it! — 11 years ago
Baller. So delicious with our spicy chicken satay. Floral with acid that took a second to present but when it did was really great. — 11 years ago
Wine # 2 for me out of the 12. — 11 years ago
I've never had a wine that tastes like this. At first hits you like a mature sweet wine, but without the presence of residual sugar. And then the savory notes come on, namely collard greens with the aunt you never had's bad touch of ham hock. Exquisite, pure, mature, $37! — 12 years ago
Pétrole - léger fraîcheur pas de lourdeur et fruit a chaire orange ;) — 12 years ago
