Confusing, but super tasty (ok, so that's not allowed, but...). Grey, creeky, washed stones (Loire?), grassy freshness (alpine?), rich and weighty (there's some Burgundy?). Whatever...maybe not 'Chablis' but nomnomnom! — 10 years ago

Donald, 1950. Outstanding! Too many of these are drunk so young because people think that at 10-15 years they're over the hill. This came from the Richard Gill cellar out of Texas. Originally purchased. Gill had one of the first refrigerated home cellars post war. Basically, industrial level equipment, still in fine working condition.
