Past vintages have been aight, but the 2014 is wild. Really good for the money. Camphor/eucalyptus sort of aromas made it fun to sniff. Lot of tannin here, but there's gobs of blueberry/cran raisin fruit. 100+ yr old vines. — 9 years ago

2015 vintage. Not easy to find the right information on this lovely estate, on their website there is no mention of a white wine at all. On the internet you will find a white and red "Sainte-Radegonde". I have no idea if this "Les Pins Francs" is another wine or the same under another label, but confusion aside it is absolutely delicious. Sauvignon shines through in the nose with grassy flavours mixed with lime, flowers and a more exotic fruit component I associate with Sémillon. In the mouth concentrated peach fruit and lemon confit, perfectly balanced by the acidity and a long fresh minty finish. Terrific value too at about 17 euro. Nice balance, high quality particularly for the price, imminently drinkable. Digging it.
Pretty pale straw color. Muted fruit aromas of citrus, golden apple and papaya (banana?); secondary floral and mineral. Mid-bodied and slightly saline mouthfeel. Clean and a little tart lingering citric finish. — 8 years ago
