Fantastic. Jumps out of the glass with a woodsy waft. Powerful and dark toned but manages to remain lifted. — 8 years ago
Burnt cherry on the nose, notes of vanilla and licorice, hints of pear on the finish. 2nd bottle that I'm enjoying in the spate of 6 months - drinking beautifully with plenty of life on offer. — 9 years ago

The 2014 is excellent. Very true to Forey’s elegant and linear style. Red fruit aromas are very pure and high-toned with a bit of orange peel character on top. Lovely spice and smoky mineral character. Good cut on the entry, slightly thin mid palate but a lingering energy and subtle concentration on the finish. This is not going to grab your senses with weight or power, but delivers impact nonetheless. — 7 years ago
