A lot of cherry and spice. Went well with spice-rubbed pork tenderloin and grilled sweet potatoes. @foodandwine — 11 years ago
Not too heavy in tannins — 11 years ago
I’ve got a head cold but this bottle is still rockin. Bottle age has softened the fruit character and emphasized a perfumy floral quality. Bruised red stone fruit, ripe soil, and fresh herbs found out the nose. Fine tannins and juicy acidity are persistent through the long finish. A pretty, elegant bottle that is both interesting and a pleasure to drink. — 8 years ago
Fantástico !!!! — 9 years ago
Deep red bordering purple in color. Dark fruits on the nose, very pleasant. Needs at least an hour and a half decant to smooth the tannins. Well worth the wait. A smooth mouth feel and a medium to long finish. Matches well with roast lamb. Could cellar well for another five years at least. Will buy more. — 10 years ago

Wow! So much better value than some CdP.
Plum, cassis, licorice, leather, and earth. Decanted for 30 minutes. This is just entering its drinking window so no rush... — 7 years ago
