Drank 4/1/19. Decent pairing with Cacio e Pepe, but would have probably preferred a Chianti.
This is the unoaked version. Lemon, minerality, and a touch of earthy funk on the nose. Very clean and balanced with flavors of lemon, citrus peel, some orange zest, and a touch of salinity. Medium to long finish with bright acidity. Overall, I prefer the Lunes d'argent for a couple of bucks more, as it seems to be richer and a bit more interesting than the unoaked Blanche.

Crisp, fruity. Fruit forward, astringent. Great w teriyaki salmon. Could age a few more years. At the lake with Wilsons & Tim F. — 8 years ago
Quite the tasty Zin -- full bodied for sure and a little bit spicy as a good Zin can be, but flavor profiles that hint more of a syrah than classic big zin. A keeper! — 9 years ago

Mørke, modne - men ikke overmodne - saftige bær møder mynte, lakrids-noter og hvid peber. Blød garvesyre, lang finish og en smag, der er både lang og bred. — 4 years ago
