Interesting. Very effervescent initially. Cloudy, unfiltered appearance and flavor profile definitely has some yeast / witbier to it in addition to lemon, pear cider, white flowers and some spice. I wouldn’t call it classic Alsatian Riesling but solid addition to the T-day table — 5 years ago
Drank with Tamryn & Mathilde in Montmartre at Boîte aux Lettres. Light refreshing and fruity, but still a bit dry. Very good! — a year ago

Exemplary non-interventionist blend of Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, Pinot Gris and Pinot Auxerrois. Good value. — 8 months ago
Advanced color and oily texture but still very interesting. Tropical fruit like bananas gives this a unique flavor. — 9 months ago
Up front the nose was brioche, which lead to a butter citrus pith. Round, taut, And delightfully “here, there, everywhere”.

Graciously gifted to Holly and I by Pierre and Mathilde Demets. Popped and enjoyed directly from the bottle, on the streets of Paris, in celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary. “Intransigeance” is a fabulous cuvée made from a combination of selected fruit from both “La Forêt” in Gŷe-sur-Seine and “Fins” in Neuville-sur-Seine; 67% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay. No formal notes due to the setting but I can confidently state that the 2018 vintage is utterly delicious. We laughed and reveled as we took pulls under the Eiffel Tower and walked to lunch through the 7th and 6th. We had fun. Disgorged July 6, 2023. Only 7306 bottles made. We need more Intransigeance, please @Lyle Fass ! — 12 hours ago
