Rich, acidic, lush in the mouth — 10 years ago
Very delicious white wine that has great flavor and low sweetness. A new favorite of mine. — 10 years ago
1998 vintage. At Cabotte in London. Medium lemon hue. Medium plus concentration of stone fruits, musty, mushroom ceps, bready and the lovely smell of aged champagne. On the palate, fresh and bright acidity, tense and crystalline with good concentration and evident fruit. Good finish. Immensely enjoyable. Drink now until 2023+. — 9 years ago
1990 vintage. At Cabotte in London. Medium golden hue. Wonderful nose of nutty, old oak, and stone fruits. Some oxidation. Slight anti septic aromas, but pleasant. Complex. On the palate, rich and silky, with real body and high concentration of flavour. Good length. Classic. Drink now until 2020+ — 9 years ago
2010 vintage. At La Cabotte in Nuits St George. Medium lemon hue. On the nose, highly concentrated and pure - mineral chalkiness, lemon citrus fruits, purity of aromas. Still very youthful but obviously refined and complex. On the palate, medium acidity, medium plus silky body, medium alcohol. High concentration - almond paste, honeyed and rich without being over whelming or difficult to consume many glasses of it! Long, but not lingering, length. Very refined and elegant. Superb wine. Drink now until 2036. — 9 years ago

1999 vintage. At Cabotte in London. On the darker side of medium ruby. Deep concentration of black cherry aromas, manure and earth, stone minerality, savoury spice. Hugely complex. On the palate, wow. Great acidity - fresh - and huge concentration without over extraction. There's a depth to this wine that really hits the mid palate. Great length. Excellent. Drink now until 2026+. — 9 years ago
