Fresh citrus and apple, some toasty aromas, croissants notes in the middle, bright and vibrant acidity, very active bubbles and long lemon aftertaste. — 8 years ago
Strong Chinon. Barnyard and vegetal on the nose, but not too green. Good tannin and fruit upfront. Finish starts off short but with some air gets longer. Served alongside the Harmand-Geoffroy Gevry-Chambertin Vielles Vignes 2005, and was strongly preferred by the ladies at the dinner. — 9 years ago
One of chef de cave Geoffroy's favorite vintages, but not mine. The heat of the year and lack of Chardonnay makes for a flatter than expected Champagne. At The Relais & Chateau vertical of Dom Perignon with chef de cave Richard Geoffroy. — 9 years ago
So silky, strawberries and sous bois. Despite the so so vintage, an amazing, perfectly mature wine. — 9 years ago

Celebrating a great game of Schoolboy Rugby. TGS 27 defeat TSS 24. Richard Geoffroy of Dom very proud of this Rose. Strawberry notes with some tomato leaf. Pale bronze in color with a fine bead. Lively refreshing palate again with strawberry notes - medium to full bodied with a savoury tinge and good acidity. A great future. — 9 years ago
Crisp and fine, this champagne capture the essence of why champagne is hydration for the brain and the flavor and acidity, in my opinion is the elixir of this thing. A great pre gamer w/ 7:30 weather right today ok — 7 years ago

From magnum. This vintage, which was both late & hot, produced the most Chardonnay driven and lively wine of the older bottles, after it blew off its initial funk. Long, complex and serious! At The Relais & Chateau vertical of Dom Perignon with chef de cave Richard Geoffroy. — 9 years ago
Crisp and clean. Initially closed and dull but opened after 90 minutes into the full body with taut acids that is Le Clos. Goes so well with caviar and sea urchin salad. — 9 years ago
2009 vintage. Lovely mix of drying fruits, earthy terroir and smoky oak. Drink now - 2020. — 10 years ago
This 2011 needs a few more years under its belt. Tight but still yummy. Typical Beauroy styling on the nose and palate. — 10 years ago
Secondary characteristics have shown through. Very interesting. — 10 years ago

I'm not a Chardonnay drinker normally: too oaky for me. However this is very light but still at heart a Chardonnay. Light buttery undertones and very refreshing — 7 years ago
